Dit is om jouself los te maak van enige bindinge wat die vyand op jou mag hê en om die onvoorwaarlike seëninge van ons Hemelse Vader te kan ontvang. Hy het ons reeds al die gereedskap gegee om die oorvloed uit Sy hand te ontvang. Onvoorwaarlike seëninge kan die beste beskryf word deur ‘n ingesteldheid van omgee sonder enige voorwaardes of verdienste

IAN DE BRUYN – m.th.

Ian de Bruyn is iemand wat ‘n passie vir die Here gekry het in sy vroeë 20’s, wat daar toe gelei het om klein dag stukkies te skryf, en van daar af het dit oor gevloei na sy boeke toe. Hy is gebore in ‘n klein plattelandse dorpie by die see in Namibia waar hy die meeste van sy Laerskool jare deur gebring het. Daarna het sy ouers verhuis na Gauteng in Suid Afrika, wat daardie jare nog bekend gestaan het as Transvaal, waar hy tans nog woonagtig is. Ian het sy Meester Graad in Teologie en het ook ‘n hele paar ander geestelike verrykings kursusse agter sy naam wat hy deur die jare by verskillende instansies gedoen het.
